Design Maker Studios has been providing clients with reliable, high-quality creative and event services for over 23 years.
As a one-stop studio, I offer two core services: Graphic Design & Digital and Event Management.
On the design side, I support businesses through every stage of launching or rebranding; from logos, social media kits and print collateral, through to smart, optimised websites including online stores, booking systems, subscriptions and member management. Ongoing support is always available once your site is live and your business is up and running.
Alongside this, I provide calm, structured event management for private, corporate and community events. With formal qualifications in Event Management and over 12 years’ hands-on experience, I manage events from planning through to delivery - including run sheets, supplier coordination and professional on-the-day management, ensuring everything runs smoothly, without stress or last-minute issues.

I’ve worked as a qualified graphic designer for over 23 years, based in Hamilton, Victoria — my hometown.
I studied Graphic Design at RMIT University in 2003 and later completed a Diploma of Project Management, a Certificate IV in Marketing & Communications, and multiple professional development units, including an Advanced Certificate in WordPress.
For web design, I work primarily with Editor X and Dreamweaver, which integrate seamlessly with Adobe tools and allow me to deliver polished, functional and scalable websites.
Deciding to go out on my own has been the most gratifying step in my career. My background across design, marketing, project management and events has resulted in a well-rounded, highly practical skill set that allows me to support clients from concept through to execution.
Alongside my design work, I have over 12 years’ experience delivering events and currently manage events for the Hamilton Racing Club. Past projects include running the Hamilton Sheepvention Rural Expo for six years, producing Shakespeare Under the Stars in the Hamilton Botanic Gardens for three consecutive years, running the Spring Break Music Festival, delivering the Make-A-Wish Foundation Ball in Portland, producing the Dingus Reunion Concert in Stawell, managing the Yarra Valley Bridal Expo for two years, as well as numerous smaller events, galas, dinners and weddings across Victoria.
I’ve lived in Hamilton my entire life and genuinely love being part of this community. Supporting local businesses and organisations is a core personal value, reflected in my fair pricing, personalised service and hands-on approach. I enjoy working as part of a team and bring reliability, creativity and calm leadership to every project.
