I have lovingly worked in the graphic design field for 20 years, based in Hamilton Victoria - my home town.
I enjoy working from my studio and it has been genuinely humbling to do what I love, and also to be at home for my children alongside the world's most supportive husband.
I studied Graphic Design at RMIT University in 2003 and went on to study a Diploma in Project Management, Certificate IV in Marketing & Communications, along with multiple single unit certificates over the years including an Advanced Certificate in WordPress. I choose Editor-X & Dreamweaver programming tools for website design as they are harmonious with my Adobe products, and a comprehensive alternative to Wordpress and other DIY web design options.
I have worked with the Hamilton Spectator, Ivory Print, WDHS, Hamilton Performing Arts Centre, Hamilton Showgrounds and Sheepvention Rural Expo in roles ranging from website design/support, graphic design to projects and marketing. Deciding to go out on my own has been the most terrifying and gratifying endeavour yet. Combining the above background roles has led to well rounded skills in the services I have to offer.
Currently, I am studying a Bachelor Degree in Digital Media with a major in Web Development. Updating skills is essential when working in the constantly evolving technology and design field - and when you love what you do, it's just a pleasure to study!
I have very happily lived in Hamilton, Victoria my entire life and genuinely love it here. Supporting my community is a key value of mine personally; which shows in my pricing (I do not charge inflated, city prices) and personalised service. I love being part of a team and I am an asset to any solid business marketing and branding plan!
